Since Trump Team appears to be providing a pillow soft landing for the US I have to assume the new currency will be circulated before the FRNs are phased out to minimize chaos.  I've heard no hints of a jubilee from Mr T so debts will likely be converted into the new currency while a refund of IRS taxes and/or DOGE savings replaces a debt jubilee in a fair manner. 

A blanket cancellation of debts would definitely cause major chaos and loss of trust in the business world - it's a non-starter IMO.  The rapid business recovery being sold by Mr T requires total trust and stability among the big players.
