I can't help but think Blackrock is part of the asset roundup by the WHs like the recent Fox transfer to Elon double. They filed bankruptcy case 22-50015 in 2022 which was closed/dismissed in mid 2024. Not sure what that was about. Now it looks like they want to buy CA and HI...

Like Elon, Newsome is a double. White or Black or are all doubles White? Nothing is as it seems but we understand that is the norm. We will likely understand pretty soon. CA is insolvent, don't know about HI. Too many side shows to follow...
