[Note From Jim - reading the statement by Justice Thomas in the J6 ruling, as well as the article by the Federalist above, I am seeing a blank affidavit for a Treason charge, if not Obstruction of Justice from Attorney General Merrick Garland down to Jack Smith.
I do hope someone fills it out and submits it.
